Almost everyone, at some point, is a candidate for this category. If you are new to cycling, this is a great way to develop basic fitness and skills, before you move on to more ambitious pursuits. If you are already an experienced cyclist, this category will be suitable for times during the year when you just want a program that fits into your everyday life while keeping you fit. Even competitive cyclists can benefit from this category when they need to spend some weeks in a maintenance routine, perhaps while recovering from an injury, or waiting for the next training season to begin.
