Did you know Nancy Brown is attending the Senior Olympics in San Fransisco today, 8/10? Congratulate her on her accomplishments when she gets back.  She’s been working with me, using a power meter, and is doing great. The power meter came from Cycleops in which she had entered a contest (click here for her training progress)

I’m proud to announce that my coaching services will be affiliated with Joy Ride bicycles. I look forward to working with all the great people that are involved with this shop. On my part, I plan on bringing new and innovative ideas of coaching, training and riding, along with the tell tale proven ideas, to Lincoln and the surrounding region.
