Did you know Nancy Brown is attending the Senior Olympics in San Fransisco today, 8/10? Congratulate her on her accomplishments when she gets back.  She’s been working with me, using a power meter, and is doing great. The power meter came from Cycleops in which she had entered a contest (click here for her training progress)

Tonight is the Chit Chat ride at 6 pm from JoyRide Bicycles, 5333 S. 16th (14th & Old Cheney). A “go at your own pace” ride where nobody gets dropped. We will take rural roads around the Lincoln area for the most part. The group might split, into a faster and slower group, but you’ll always have someone to ride with. I’ll personally ride with the slower and/or less experienced group to guide you through the ride. Come and enjoy the fine qualities that Nebraska rural roads offer every Monday at 6pm from JoyRide Bicycles.
